ORCHARD ROAD COMES TO THE OLD RECTORY

Celebrated chef Rob Hills returns to The Old Rectory with refined Singaporean cuisine

Upcoming menus will showcase the bold, complex flavours which have defined Hills career, transitioning from a small cult pop-up into a major local culinary staple. Diners can expect his celebrated freshly made bao buns, his popular Singaporean butter chicken, and his absolute signature dish: a rich, slow-cooked Beef Rendang.

Orchard Road dishes will feature on the daytime Cafe menu and Orchard Road takeovers are planned each Friday and Saturday evening at the Cafe.
